Reading and playing without an account
Kavoremi does not ask you to create an account to browse the collection or play Tidebend, Glimmer Run and Lane & Roll. The game code runs in your browser. During a round it holds the current position, score and remaining time in memory so the controls can work.
A completed game is not automatically published. There is no public score table and no account profile linking your visits. The site package does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, third-party fonts or external game embeds. Images and scripts are served from this website.
Optional records on this browser
If you allow local saves, the website can retain your favourite game identifiers, best scores and up to twenty recent completed sessions in localStorage. A recent-session entry contains a game identifier, the score and the time the round ended. These records support the saved shelf and session log.
Local records are not sent to the comments service. They belong to the current browser and website origin, so another device will not automatically show the same shelf. Private browsing, a browser reset or clearing site data may remove them. The site cannot recover a local record after it has been deleted.
Essential-only mode avoids writing those optional records. Your storage preference itself is kept locally so the choice can be remembered. Switching back to essential-only removes optional Kavoremi progress records from this browser. You can also clear progress from the Cookies & storage page without changing the preference.
Public ratings and player notes
The community area on a playable game page uses this website’s PHP service. Opening that area establishes a first-party session and an anonymous visitor identifier. The session supports request validation; the visitor identifier allows one rating and one editable comment per browser for each game. It is not an account name.
When you submit a rating, the service stores the selected value against a hashed form of the visitor identifier. When you post a comment, it stores your chosen display name, message and a submission time. Those fields, together with any displayed rating, are public to visitors of that game page. Do not put an email address, password or other private information in a public note.
The service allows you to update your own rating and comment or remove them using the controls in the same browser. Losing the visitor cookie may also remove the browser’s ability to recognise that contribution as yours. If you need help after that happens, contact the desk with the game page and the public display name, without sending a password or a copy of a session cookie.
How community records are handled
The website keeps community records in a JSON file within its own site directory. It uses limits on message length, request frequency and total stored records to keep the small service manageable. Validation rejects invalid requests rather than interpreting a visitor message as page markup.
Comments are intended to remain available until removed by their author, moderated or affected by the configured storage limit. The interface displays a bounded selection of recent comments rather than promising that every historical message will always appear in the first view. Local-score controls do not delete public comments; use the controls in the community area for those.
Contact messages and ordinary hosting
The contact form assembles a mailto link containing the name, reply address, topic and message you entered. It asks your email application to open a draft. The form does not send a message through a hidden website endpoint, and it does not claim that an email has been delivered.
If you choose to send the draft, your email provider and the recipient’s mail service handle it. The address [email protected] is the contact address used by this site. Hosting infrastructure may also keep ordinary request logs, such as the requested path, response status, browser details and network address, according to the host’s configuration. The browser-game package does not turn those logs into a visitor profile.
Making a choice or asking a question
Storage preferences are available in the footer on every page. Browser settings provide a separate way to inspect or remove localStorage and first-party cookies for this domain. Disabling community cookies can prevent the service from recognising or editing your contribution, while the games themselves remain available.
This page describes the functionality shipped with this site. If a new feature changes how information is collected or shared, its explanation should be updated before that feature is used. Send a clear question through the contact desk if a control or an explanation does not match what you see.
